It is an absolute honour to be elected by the people of Summerland to serve as your mayor for the next four years. I thank everyone who voted in the election and every candidate who ran for office. Summerland is a better place for this participation in the democratic process. Congratulations to elected council members Erin Trainer, Marty Van Alphen, Richard Barkwill, Adrienne Betts, Doug Patan, and Janet Peake. I am excited to be working with them and I know together we will live up to the community’s expectations and make a difference.
